CHT™ Ceramic Hydroxyapatite Type I Media
Description:
Ceramic Hydroxyapatite is a mixed mode media that provides unique selectivity, often distinguishing biomolecules that other chromatographic techniques cannot separate. Its diverse binding abilities enable ceramic hydroxyapatite media to capture a wide range of contaminants, including host cell proteins, leached protein A, antibody dimers and aggregates, nucleic acids, and viruses, making it suitable for use at any stage of the purification process, from initial capture to final polishing.
CHT Ceramic Hydroxyapatite Type I Media, sintered at 400°C, has a higher protein binding capacity and better capacity for acidic proteins.
CHT Ceramic Hydroxyapatite Media is manufactured by HOYA Technosurgical Corporation and distributed globally by Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc. Hercules, CA USA.
Features:
- Outstanding capture performance at high flow rates
- High capacity for handling high-titer upstream feedstocks.
- Remarkable selectivity, enabling a streamlined two-step chromatographic process.
